A Revision of Patients Who Underwent Gastroscopy Because Of Non-Variceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding In The Last Year

OBJECTIVE: In our study, we aimed to organize the basic profile of the patients who admitted to our clinic because of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the last year.
METHODS: The study was retrospective, and consisted of 158 patients who underwent upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.
RESULTS: The most common endoscopic pathology was duodenal ulcer
CONCLUSION: Non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding is one of the most common reasons of the patients who addmitted to the emergency department.We pay attention to helicobacter pylori and non–steroidal anti inflamatuar drugs.These play an important role in the etiology. Rational drug use and raising the awareness of public are the most important weapons to cope with these issues.

Son Bir Yılda Varis Dışı Üst Gastrointestinal Sistem Kanama Nedeni ile Gastroskopi Yapılan Hastalarımızın Bulgularının irdelenmesi

AMAÇ: Kliniğimize son 1 yıllık süreçte varis dışı üst gastrointestinal sistem kanaması ile başvuran hastaların temel bir profilini oluşturmayı amaçladık
YÖNTEMLER: Çalışmamıza üst gastrointestinal sistem endoskopisi yapılmış 158 hasta dahil edilip retrospektif olarak incelendi.
BULGULAR: En sık endoskopik patoloji olarak bulbus ülseri saptandı.
SONUÇ: Varis dışı üst gastrointestinal kanama, acil servise en sık başvuru nedenlerinden biridir. Etyolojide yer alan Helikobakter pilori ve Non steroid antiinflamatuar ilaç kullanımı üzerine önem verilmesi gereken konulardır. Akılcı ilaç kullanımı ve toplum bilinçlendirilmesi bu konudaki en önemli silahlarımız olacaktır.
